No, we do not rent Segways for individual use. We will sometimes rent Segways for corporate events, Segway team building activities, or other corporate use.
All Segway tour participants are required to sign a liability waiver for and indemnity agreement before participating in a Segway tour. If you read our waiver for and don’t agree with it, you will not be obligated to take our Segway tour and you will be given a full refund.
All Segway tour participants are required to wear a helmet on their Segway tour.
Our Segway tours operate rain or shine. We do not operate Segway tours in the snow, when lighting is present, or hail.
Nation Tours is happy to accommodate corporate events, special events, and convention groups of any size. We have run well over 100 Segway tour participant in one day with back-to-back Segway tours.
Tour lengths can vary, but the approximate tour times are listed on the Segway tour page for each city. The length of the tour can run longer or shorter depending on the day’s traffic patterns, the size of the Segway tour group, and the speed and ability of your Segway tour group.
Nation Tours will refund your Segway tour in full as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation. No-call no-shows will not be refunded.
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your Segway tour time
Before taking a Segway tour, you should access your pre-existing condition or medical condition to determine if it is safe for you to participate in a Segway tour. If you arrive and decide to not go on the tour, we will refund in full.
For your safety, we ask that you do not participate on a Segway tour if you are pregnant.
275 pounds is the maximum weight to take a Segway tour.
100 pounds is the minimum weight to take a Segway tour.
